I am Amanda Adams Gordon.  I grew up in rural North Carolina, graduated Valedictorian of my high school class and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to study studio art education.  I currently reside in a suburb of Winston-Salem.  I am a mixed media artist as well as an elementary art teacher.  I work in several different media, but recently, I have spent much of my time drawing with pen and ink, painting with acrylics, and working with digital photography.  I am a National Board Certified Art Teacher, and I serve as the Arts Coordinator for the A+ Magnet School where I teach.
